I have always taken my BMW to the dealership for all of my service and repairs. Going through the dealership I have always had confidence that my car was in good hands and the customer service is always excellent. I was referred to Wasatch Motor Werks, with the understanding that they have years of experience working on BMW’s and did “A” quality work. I am happy to say I am extremely happy. The customer service was incredible. They were very through with the diagnosis of the multiple things going on with my car. I received honest communication and timely repairs. I paid to replace My battery on my bmw for $457 then something happened on my car all the features was not back on no head lights only hazard lights. I end up to go to BMW dealership not good place to bring the bmw

2006 E46 M3. Rod bearing. I originally planned on doing the rod bearing myself but after much consideration and not having acess to a full lift I decided to hire out the job. The local dealer was completely out of the question for the cost and lack of trust in flat rate mechanics. I searched and read reviews for many months and decided on Wasatch motor Werks. Their shop was small but well organized, I also liked their web sight and the reviews told me they were up to the task. I do all my own work, valve adjustment, vanos rebuild, smg to manual swap and subframe reinforcement. I have witness so much poor work from so called “professionals” and have learned it’s best to do things myself rather than to trust a shop to do the job. This resulted in me fixing what I just payed to have fixed. In short I was very hesitant. After speaking to Jeremy about my concerns he assured me they could handle the job. The work was performed perfectly! There was no damage to my car in anyway which usually results from careless mechanics in a rush to complete the work. I am very happy with their competency and attention to detail and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

These guys were great they gave amazing service at a price that puts the dealership to shame. They were quick and professional and the car had never run better.

Prices are fair, workmanship and service are excellent. Honestly, if it were not for Jeremy and his shop, I would probably reevaluate ownership of a BMW and Mini. I never leave feeling like I paid too much, that the repair took too long or that anything unnecessary was done. Jeremy is honest and skilled. Important qualities in a mechanic. Thanks for keeping my cars running great and saving me a lot of money in the process.

I’m very happy with this shop! Typically I am not someone who leaves reviews but I feel like this place has earned it! If you have a BMW and are considering taking it to any mechanic I highly recommend Wasatch Motor Werks! Staff was very nice and the mechanic was very informative of some serious issues that had happened previous to owning the car. Price and time spent in the shop was very fair. I will 100% be returning! Thank you guys
