I took my car to Wasatch Motor Werks after calling a number of shops and being really impressed with Jeremy on the phone. I needed a shop that I could trust after the shop that did my engine swap really botched the whole job, so I wanted Jeremy to go through the whole car to fix everything the other shop messed up. He found like 10 things, fixed them all, was super awesome communicating, extremely well priced, and did a great job on everything. I used to own my own BMW performance shop so I am extremely particular and have high standards. Jeremy met or exceeded all of them. Will for sure be back to Wasatch for more work. No one else is going to touch my 3 BMWs for service and repair work.

Had a weird problem with my horn. Jeremy figured out quickly and fixed it for a fair price. His staff was awesome as well. So grateful that I've found a mechanic for my BMW and that I don't have to pay dealership pricing anymore!!

Of course you will always want to take your car to a BMW dealership and think they will do it there perfectly since it is a BMW shop and leave you with piece of mind, but... if you want that with a matching reasonable price then you should go here, this guy worked at a dealership and just not a regular mechanic over there, he knows what he is doing and service your car as if you are in a dealership, he has the right software and everything. I drove 70 miles just to have my car serviced by him and will go back again..

Picked up my car today and it was a pleasure meeting Jeremy and Nina. Process was smooth and positive. The car is driving like new, very happy with the repair. Will recommend!

Great service and quality work. These guys did a great job on my BMW, without looking for problems that don't need fixing like many auto shops do. They kept in contact frequently with updates on my car, providing advice and support without the worry of paying for something that my car didnt need. They are very reasonable in their pricing and provide very personal customer service. For you military service members, they gave me a great military discount, which is always deeply appreciated by those of us who serve. Thanks Wasatch Motor Werks for all the help! I just picked up my wife's X3 from Wasatch Motor Werks. I rarely ever write reviews, but I was so impressed I wanted to be sure to let others know. Jeremy and Nina were both friendly and professional, and the service was exceptional. It's obvious they care about their customers as much as the cars. Jeremy Robinson has his own Place now and I couldn't be Happier! I always waited for him to be available as a Master Tech down at the BMW store. My friends wouldn't let anyone else touch their BMWs. His Shop is easy to get to right north of Cruise America on State Street and No One knows the Werks like Jeremy. Friendly attention and it is Awesome the the person that Writes Up Your Service is the Guy that does the Service! No Disconnect when You try to Describe what You are After!

Down to earth, strait forward, honest, affordable, what more is there too say. First of all he came highly recommended, all of our conversations were extremely informative as he is very knowledgeable, he is priced 10-20% better than other specialists, with an amazing turn around time.
