Great overall experience. The team at Wasatch are high engaged with the cars, work great as a team, and I had one of the best mechanic interactions that I have ever had with Jackson….he took time to walk me through my entire car and explain key steps necessary to keep my car running for another 150,000 miles. Met the owner, nice and decent man! Highly recommend A subsequent visit - I was having problems with my parking brake and stopped in one morning. The owner, hearing my troubles and assessing that the fix would be quick, grabbed a wrench, fixed my issue in five minutes, and sent me on my way with the service "on the house". What a wonderful guy and great shop!

These guys are solid. They were very knowledgeable about my 2020 X3 M40i and BMWs in general. Jackson was enthusiastic to work on my X3, and we had a great conversation about my model. Brayden was also great to work with and figured out a discrepancy with a part number (BMW’s fault) that even the BMW dealer had wrong.

Jeremy, Brayden and the whole Team have been awesome. Great service and attentive customer care at fair prices. I will be back!
