If you are looking for an independent shop for BMW service, recommend Wasatch Motor Werks. Had dreaded FRM module failure with knock on electrical problems. WMW was able diagnose and repair the issues. Took the time to do it right. Recommended.

Great service and super friendly

With my recent purchase of BMW X5 M, I was looking for someone who knows well how to work on expensive imports rather than guess work. I came across Wasatch Motors Werks which was 170 miles one-way from where I live. I didn't mind driving to the location after reading all the positive reviews. The service was excellent, their pre-diagnosis was spot on, even though it was just an oil change, but the quality and hands-on experience the techs demonstrate is clearly visible. I was completely satisfied and would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a honest, quality service at affordable price at Wasatch. I'm sure I'll use their services again.

Friendly, knowledgeable and fair pricing. Minis are annoying to work on and these guys know their stuff and all the tricks. I was very pleased to find a shop that specializes in mini and bmw who isn't charging insane rates for labor. I will be back!
