I have found the owner, Jeremy Robinson, is very precise and conscientiously insures all details are correct. He really means what he says, as I have experienced by our dealings. He shoots straight and keeps his word. That’s an increasingly rare thing!

First time at Wasatch Motor Werks, and couldn’t be happier. Took my car (BMW 328i) in because of a computer notification that the brake linings were thin, and asked them to give the whole car a once-over while it was there. Told me the brake linings were fine — the on-board computer notification was time driven rather than need driven. Found a few other issues that were fixed at a reasonable price. I appreciated their honesty and efficiency. Also appreciate that their prices are considerably lower than the BMW dealer, which I assume is because they aren’t charging for fancy buildings, waiting rooms, conference rooms or refreshments, which I don’t need. Will definitely make the switch for all our vehicles.
